This website provides information about Niche Stays and allows property owners to submit an enquiry about having an apartment managed by us. It does not offer accommodation for booking and does not process payments.

2. Enquiries are not agreements

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create any agreement between you and Niche Stays, and does not oblige either of us to enter into one. We are not obliged to accept, respond to, or act on any enquiry.

Any management arrangement between us takes effect only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website, and nothing said in correspondence following an enquiry, forms part of that agreement unless it is written into it.
